Custom Vehicle Types
You can now add unlimited custom vehicle types in Hera. Is EDV missing from your drop-down? You can easily add that and any other vehicle type you want in your company settings!
From here, click on the "+ New Option" 1 button to start creating your own Vehicle Type. You can
arrange them in any order you would like by clicking the 3 lines next to
each Vehicle Type and dragging them up and down 2.
This will be the order in which they show up when you a a new vehicle. You can also pick which Vehcile Type will be selected by
default by checking the box under the "Default" column 3. You can delete a severity by clicking on the trash can under the "Action" column.4 When creating a new associate you can automatically choose the default Vehicle Types to assign that Associate 5
You cannot edit
or delete a Vehicle type if it used by a Vehicle or an Associate. Hera will let you know how many associations there are under the "Used For" column.
