Customize Levels of Counseling Severity
The way in which you write up your Associates is unique to your company, which is why Hera now allows you to customize your Counseling Severity Types.
Company Settings
First you will need to head to your Company Settings by clicking on your name at the top right corner of Hera.
Once you are in your company settings, find the Custom Lists option on the left hand side. Once you click on it you will see all the custom lists available to you. Under the List Name column, find Counseling Severity. Click the action button (3 dots in a circle) and select Edit the Custom List to get started.
From here, click on the + New Option 1 button to start creating your own Counseling Severities. You can arrange them in any order you would like by clicking the 3 lines next to each severity and dragging them up and down 2. This will be the order in which they show up when you create a new Counseling form. You can also pick which severity will be selected by default by clicking the box under Default For "Counseling Severity" 3. You can delete a severity by clicking on the trash can under the Action column 4.
You cannot edit or delete a counseling severity if it has already been used in previous counseling forms. Hera will let you know how many counseling forms you use under the "Used For" column. Once you are finished editing your severities, make sure to click "Save" at the bottom. Otherwise, your changes will not be saved.
Counseling Form
You can also edit your Counseling Severities in the process of creating a new Counseling Form.
You can start by Hovering your mouse over the Create menu located at the top of Hera. Select the fist option, Counseling.
You will be direct the page below where you can create a new Counseling Form. Locate the Counseling Severity box and click on it. This will reveal a drop-down list with all your Counseling Severities. The last option on the list is to + Add New Custom Counseling Severity.
When + Add New Custom Counseling Severity is clicked, a drawer will pop out from the right side of your screen as pictured below. This is the drawer that is displayed in more detail above. Once you finish click the Save button and the drawer will close allowing you to keep editing the Counseling Form without loosing your progress.
