Downloading Your Counseling Forms

There are a couple ways to download your Counselings from Hera. You can download them one at a time from the Counselings tab, or download all the Counselings for one associate from their profile page.

Counselings Tab

Head to the Counselings tab under Performance & Coaching. Open the counseling form you want to download by using the action menu on the left and selecting View Counseling.

On the top right there are several Icons. Click the first one that looks like a page with a down arrow in it. A PDF will generate and download for this form.

 

Associate Page

Enter an associates page from the Associate List by clicking the page icon next to the action menu (...).

Inside the associates profile page, scroll down below the Notes card to find the Counselings card. Click on it to expand it to find the Download All button. All the counseling forms for this associate will be downloaded in a .zip file.
