Gathering your Vehicle and Associate Data

We will start by gathering the data available from Amazon Logistics. 

The associate file from AMZL needs to be downloaded to gather Transporter IDs and find out what vans they are trained to drive. The two columns we want from this file are TransporterID and Qualifications.
  1. From the top of the page click Administration -> Associates
  2. Click My Associates at the top

  3. Scroll down to see the list of your associates and click the download button above the Status column.
Do not edit the information in these two columns.


Vehicles

You can download all of your vehicle information directly from the Fleet section AMZL.
  1. From the top of the page click Administration -> Fleet

  2. Click My Vehicles at the top

  3. Click the download button on the top right located next to More Filters
To download your employee data from ADP or Paycom click on one of the following options:
  1. ADP
  2. Paycom
