How to get a daily Netradyne report emailed to you:
You can have multiple Netradyne accounts. Make sure whoever will be importing the file into Hera will be getting the daily email (for example, have it sent to your dispatch email). If you do this from only YOUR account only, YOU will be getting this email. You will have to either forward the email daily or make another account, so your dispatch gets the alerts email too.
Log into Netradyne
Click Reports Central on the left
Click the SUBSCRIBE button.
Select the frequency: DAILY
UNCHECK WEEKLY
At the top of each row is a box; click that to select the entire row (Severe Alerts, Moderate Alerts, Neutral Alerts)
Make sure INCLUDE DRIVERSTAR EVENTS is CHECKED.
Click SUBSCRIBE at the bottom.
You're done! I am on the west coast, and I get the email at 1 pm each day.
Import the file daily. It will likely come after Hera sends out your other coaching messages automatically, and that is fine. After importing, Hera will ask you if you want to send this to your drivers on the daily roster today, and you will want to click YES.
How to create additional users:
Click the WRENCH on the left
Then click USERS
Then click CREATE USER
Make the user a Safety Coordinator II
Check the email of that new account and make the password etc
Then follow all the steps above, so the new account gets the alerts
