Managing Amazon Roster: Uploading, Filtering, Deleting, and Re-uploading

  1. Click on the Column of the day to upload. In this case, it would be Column H for Friday, 1/26

  2. Click on Sort & Filter

  3. Click on Filter

  4. Click the New Filter for Column H

  5. Uncheck Select All
    EXCEL:

    Google Sheets: Click on Clear to unselect all.


  6. Check (Blanks)

  7. Click on Apply
    EXCEL:

    Google Sheets: Click on OK


  8. Column H is empty, meaning the Associate is NOT rostered. Click & Hold on Row Number (6) of the first Associate (Oscar Flores), and drag to the bottom of the list to highlight ALL rows.

  9. When you are at the bottom of the list, unselect after the last Associate, Zapp Branigan, Row 150.

  10. Click on Delete
    EXCEL:

    Google Sheets: Under the file name click Edit, Delete, and Selected Rows


  11. You'll notice ALL Associates not working are deleted.

  12. Click on the filter for Column H

  13. Check Select All
    EXCEL:

    Google Sheets: Click on Select all


  14. Click on Apply
    EXCEL:

    Google Sheets: Click OK


  15. All the Associates working are listed.

  16. Save your file and re-upload it into Hera.
    EXCEL:

    Google Sheets: Below the file name click File, Download, Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)
