Performance Dashboards and Icons
Originally, you only saw your imported data performance as one big dashboard. Now, as you can see below, your weekly and daily performance data have separate dashboards.
We wanted to give you a better view of what you as the user needed to do, to get your automated coaching and positive reinforcement out on time.
These color-coded icons make it easier to see what files still need to be imported, that way you never have to worry about files being imported late.
Getting automated coaching out is extremely important because as a DSP, you want to have all of the data available to you if you ever run into an unemployment claim or something similar.
Green Check Mark: Your file was imported on time and your automated coaching messages will be sent out at your scheduled time.
Red Hazard Triangle: This file has not been imported into Hera.
Yellow Check Mark: This file has been uploaded to Hera but it was uploaded after your scheduled automated coaching time, therefore, your automated coaching messages for this weed/day will not be sent out.
To download any of the performance files, click on the action menu on the row of that file, and select Download Saved File.
