Report: Expiring License Plates

From the Tasks & Reports page scroll down to the Vehicle Management section to find the Expiring License Plates report. Or you can use the search bar on this page to find it faster.

When you open the report you will see a list of vans with upcoming expiring license plates. This page looks very similar to your Vehicle List tab. Click the page icon on the far right to open the vehicle profile. 

Once in the vehicle profile click the pencil on the top right of the Vehicle Details card. 

This will open a pop-up where you can edit the vehicle information including the License Plate Expiration date. Click Update on the bottom right to save your changes.

From the Dashboard tab of the Vehicle Management page, you have a quick view of the Expiring License Plates. One tab for Expiring Soon and one for Expired license plates. Click on the action menu (3 dots) to view the vehicle and update the expiration date. 

You can access the report by clicking View All Expiring Licenses Plates.
