Report: Issued Uniforms

From the Tasks & Reports page scroll down to the Associate Management section to find the Issued Uniforms report. Or use the search bar on this page to find it faster.

Uniforms can be assigned to associates from their profile page in Hera. Scroll down to find the Uniforms card. Click the Add Uniform button and fill out the prompts. You can add more uniform types as needed. 

Open the Issued Uniforms report to get a quick view of all the uniforms you have assigned. By default, you will only see Active associates on this page. The report will show you what uniforms you have given to the associates, the issued date, and the returned date if the uniform was returned. Sort the table by the Items In Possession column to quickly see the associates that still have uniforms.

Use the action menu on the associate's row to enter their profile and make changes to their issued uniforms. 

Export this report as a CSV by using the topmost action menu.
