Report: Vehicle Maintenance Records

From the Tasks & Reports page scroll down to the Vehicle Management section to find the Vehicle Maintenance Records report. Or you can use the search bar on this page to find it faster.

In the Vehicle Maintenance Records, you can view all of the completed maintenance records you have saved to Hera. Do you need to verify that a PM was completed or check when van damage was fixed? You can find all of those records here. You can save your invoice/receipt to the Maintenance record so you always know where to find it.

By default, there are 2 filters set. One to show only Active vehicles and the other to show maintenance records up to 2 weeks old. 

Change your filter settings at the top of the page to view more of your records.

You can export this page as a CSV. Use the action menu at the top right.
