Reports: Tracking Rescuers and Associates who were Rescued
Using the Daily Roster you can track your rescues. You also have access to the Associates Who Rescued Others and Associates Who Were Rescued reports via the Tasks & Reports page.
Starting on the Daily Roster find the Associate that was rescued and click on that associates action menu (3 dots). Click on the option to Add Rescuer.
A box will be added below the associates name. Click on the box to choose the associate(s) that provided a rescued to the selected associate.
You can select multiple associates for this box in case the associate needed a rescue from more than one person.
Under the Daily Report tab you can view the associates who rescued and the associates who were rescued for that day. Use the Type of Activity filter at the top of the page to view only Rescuer and Rescued.
From the Tasks & Reports page you can access the Associates Who Rescued Others and Associates Who Were Rescued reports. Use the search bar to find the reports more easily. They can be found under the Daily Roster
Associates Who Rescued Others: The associates listed here rescued other associates. Click the arrow to the left of the associates name to reveal the associates that received a rescue from that driver. Filter by Date at the top to change the date range that you are seeing for this report.
Associates Who Were Rescued: The associates listed here were rescued by other associates. Click the arrow to the left of the associates name to reveal the associates that a rescued them. Filter by Date at the top to change the date range that you are seeing for this report.
