How to add Parking Spaces

Navigate to Company Settings by clicking your name in the top right-hand corner.

On the left, select Custom-Lists near the bottom. You can find several custom lists here. Look in the List Name column and you will find your Parking Space list. Click the action menu (3 dots) on the far right and select Edit this Custom List. 

That will open a drawer on the right-hand side where all your parking spaces will be listed. At the bottom of the list, click the + New Option button to create a new parking space. You can also set a default parking space for your vehicles. 

Parking spaces can be reorganized on this page using the 3 lines next to the name. The USED FOR column lets you know where that parking space is currently being used. If the ACTION column displays circling arrows, click on them to assign all vehicles and roster assignments to a different parking space. Once that is done, a trash can icon will appear and the parking space can be deleted. You can also edit the name of parking spaces that have not been assigned yet. By clicking on the Enabled pill icon in the STATUS column you can disable a parking space. Disabled parking spaces will not appear where parking spaces can be assigned.
