Where did my button go!?

The Hera user interface is constantly evolving to be easier to use.

We are consolidating buttons, and improving the overall experience.

Many individual buttons are being consolidated into "action menus" which are the circles with three dots.

  • REMINDER: You now use the Main Action Menu to import your daily roster, rather than the previous big blue button.

Action Menus

There are two types of action menus.

(We will be using the Associate List on the Associate Management page as an example, but you will see action menus used extensively throughout Hera.)

  1. The Main Action Menu: this controls actions for the whole table

  2. The Individual Action Menu: this controls the actions for an individual row.

For example, On the Associate List, the Main Action Menu allows you to Add Associate, Export Associates, and Import Associates.

Lastly, on the Associate List as an example, the Individual Action Menu allows you to Send Message, View Associate, and Change Status.

We encourage you to click around and get to know Hera! We will always let you know when significant updates happen so you can stay informed.
