2-way Hera texting on your cell phone

Here are instructions on how you get Hera texting on your mobile device!

Please, watch the little movie clip attached to see how it will work (see below). :-)

When you bookmark Hera on your phone, make sure you bookmark the TEXTING page in Hera, so when you tap Hera on your phone, it takes you straight to the text messages. (This is the text message bubble at the top of the screen).

If you didn't know, Hera can now handle MMS so that you can send pics/files/vids, etc. :-)

Why do you want your employees to *only* text your Hera number? So many reasons! Centralized communication means messages won't get missed, and everyone in management stays in the loop. Also, gone are the days of screenshotting messages on your phone to save for HR purposes. Once all of your Associates texts are going to one place, Hera, you'll have that historical record and won't need to screenshot your cell anymore! Hera 2-way texting is excellent for unemployment claims or potential litigation.
