Create and Manage Message Templates

To create Message Templates, head to the Company Settings. You can use Message Templates to quickly pre-fill messages when messaging Associates. 

Click your name on the top right, then click Company Settings. Select Messenger from your options on the left.


You'll find the Message Templates at the top of the page. Use the action menu on the right to create a new one. 


That will open a panel on the right side where you can add and save your message.


Click on the action menu of an existing template to edit or delete it.
