How to Ensure Delivery Success with Hera Messenger

Clear and thoughtful communication is key for any successful company. When crafting messages to employees, keep these best practices in mind:

- Use complete website URLs instead of shortened links. This adds credibility and transparency to the resources you share. This ensures users are not redirected to malicious websites.

- Write messages using natural language and standard spellings. Avoid excessive use of emojis, slang, or unconventional abbreviations. Keep messaging professional.

- SMS stands for "Short Message Service." Keep text messages concise, ideally 250 characters or less. It's important to be concise.

- Be respectful of others' time. Do not over-message employees and avoid sending messages at inconvenient times. Ensure messaging is relevant.

- Personalize your messages whenever possible. This will make your messages feel more genuine and relevant to the recipient.

- Proofread messages before sending. Double-check for errors, clarity, and professional tone.

- Avoid references to illegal substances, activities, or other inappropriate topics that violate company policy or legal statutes. This includes letting associates know about THC/Cannabis not being a disqualifier for employment.
