Associate Communication Preferences
Hera allows you to communicate with your staff through SMS and email through several features:
Daily Roster can send out roster information to rostered Associates when you choose.
Stand Up Announcements can be broadcast to rostered Associates when you choose.
Automated Coaching can send out coaching messages to the day's rostered Associates at your scheduled time.
Hera Messenger lets you have two-way conversations with your staff.
Your employees can control their communication preferences by replying to SMS messages with STOP or clicking to unsubscribe from emails. It is up to you to require a receipt of these messages as allowed in your state, and you can manually set their preferences from their employee record in Hera
Associate Opted Out of Communications
On the Associate Management Dashboard there is a card that allow you to easily identify who has opted out of communications. Having conversation with these Associates about the importance of receiving this message will be an important aspect of their role.
Email Off: Associate has opted out of Email notifications
SMS Off: Associate has opted out of SMS notifications
Both Off: Associate has opted out of both Email and SMS notification
SMS On But No Phone: Associate is opted in, but does not have a phone number in their profile.
